Rebecca has almost 20 years’ experience working with MLCS Corporate over a wide range of sectors. Rebecca works in all facets of the business including administration, accounting and business consulting as well as overseeing much of the Executive Administration services that MLCS Corporate undertake for clients.

Rebecca specialises in the areas of establishing corporate structures and advising Corporations on Rule Book reviews, establishing systems and procedures for internal governance structures, record keeping, report writing and executive support for Board meetings.
